Consequently my headphones are unusable as the audio on Hands-free Audio is very poor quality , I believe due to the limited Bluetooth bandwidth to handle the mic and stereo audio, thereby transmitting in mono. They work fine on my other work laptop, hence I think it is because I am missing the Stereo driver since reinstalling Windows on this laptop, I just can’t find the driver, does anyone have any idea on where to find it?

Thanks for your response, yeah, I used the Dell downloads with my Tag but it my Bluetooth didn’t work so I downloaded the Intel Bluetooth driver. Yeah, I had tired that download on the Intel website, but something very odd happens each time I follow the Download link, it gives me a browser error and my Antivirus software kicks in.

No idea why, is there anywhere else I can get this driver or even is this the right one to get Stereo Bluetooth? Also I used another PC to download the Intel update from the link above, it was a false positive, but unfortunately it said I cannot downgrade my Intel Bluetooth driver. I’m really stuck now, I have no idea who even writes the Bluetooth driver software which includes the Stereo headphones option.
